The experience

Clinical Skill, Human Warmth

Medical massage starts where relaxation massage stops: with an assessment. We review your history, test range of motion, and pinpoint the structures driving your pain — then treat them with myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, and precise neuromuscular technique.

It suits post-injury recovery, whiplash, sciatica, frozen shoulder, post-surgical stiffness, and persistent pain your doctor says is "muscular." We coordinate with your physician or physical therapist and document progress visit by visit.

Questions, Answered

No referral is required to book. If you have one, bring it — we will align the plan with your provider's guidance.

Deep tissue works broadly and deeply; medical massage starts with assessment, targets a diagnosed issue, and tracks outcomes across visits.

We provide coded, itemized receipts for HSA/FSA and out-of-network claims, but we do not bill insurers directly.

Most plans run four to six sessions. Your therapist sets expectations at visit one and re-measures every visit after.
