Terms of Service

By booking with Amberfold Bodywork you agree to the following terms. If anything is unclear, call us at (415) 555-0132 before your visit.

Bookings & arrivals

Online requests are confirmed personally by phone or email. Please arrive ten minutes early; late arrivals end at the scheduled time so the next client is never kept waiting.

Cancellations

Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Later changes and no-shows are billed at half the session fee.

Health & safety

Please disclose injuries, conditions, allergies, and pregnancy when booking. We may decline or adapt treatment where massage is contraindicated. Medical massage complements — never replaces — your physician's care.

Conduct & draping

Professional draping is used at all times. Any inappropriate conduct ends the session immediately with the full fee due.

Payments & gift certificates

Payment is due at the time of service. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable but fully transferable.
